Israel has been with Taylor since 1991, when he was convinced by his uncle, Lewis C. Bryant who was a dedicated employee, to come to work for Taylor. Israel started working in the warehouse and driving. He now coordinates night Dispatch and sets up the morning runs. He is also part of the Safety Team and is looking forward to upcoming CPR training.

Israel is a native of Cincinnati, is married to Marie, and enjoys vacationing with his family and college basketball.
