Shawna coordinates our invoicing process. One of Taylor's added values is our custom billing. She ensures all necessary paperwork is included before it goes to the customer, for those accounts that are not electronically invoiced. Shawna was instrumental in moving us to our new billing system, which allows her to actually invoice our customers without printing anything. She runs the invoices, emails the invoices to our customers and images them to our server - all without printing or filing any hard copies. Shawna is the reason we have a very low bill reject rate.

Shawna also monitors our fuel surcharge program weekly with the DOE. It is her responsibility to check each account and adjust the fuel charges as needed.
