Tim joined us in 1986 as a forklift mechanic. He is now in charge of the Cincinnati facility and OSHA Safety training. Tim was recently certified in Food Security. His special projects have included building a new cooler, freezer, and packaging line, upgrading our fire suppression system, organizing first aid/CPR classes and fire training, and most recently, installing a truck-to-dock safety light system. Tim is instrumental in maintaining our consistently superior A.I.B. inspection results.

Tim's favorite pastimes are organic gardening and motorcycle restoration.
