Walt's job is keeping our computers and systems running and factoring new technology into the business. He was instrumental in setting up our Customer Access system, which provides current freight and warehouse status via the Internet. He directed the integration of imaging technology into our systems, and is responsible for our EDI, RF, and telecommunications systems.
